The paper draws a comparison between the Spanish and the Italian versions of Articles 82-86 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, making also a brief reference to other languages (English and French), in order both to resolve some specific problems and to indicate a general method to resolve multilingualism issues. Finally, a reference is made to the perspectives on creating a European Public Prosecutor.
