Data derive Locality, i.e., geographic place where the EEE occurred; • EEE type; • Description of the observed effect; • Local intensity assessed using the ESI-07 (Environmental Seismic Intensity) scale; • Photographic documentation; • Reference (Only the main reference bibliography for each EEE is included in the forms; the complete consulted bibliography is contained in the Reference section of this appendix).
