The inclusion on waiting lists for organ transplantation of HIV-infected patients represents clinical, juridical, deontological, and ethical issues. This article presents an approach to tackle the problem from a global and integrated point of view. In other words, I propose that the problem may be solved only by going beyond the different perspectives of the various braches of knowledge.
