A case of megadolichobasilar artery simulating a cerebellopontine angle tumor is reported. The symptomatology was probably caused by compression of nerve structures by the tortuous vessel and anoxic disturbance in the distal cerebral territories. Abstract

A case of megadolichobasilar artery simulating a cerebellopontine angle tumor is reported.
