A software tool for the simulation of the magnetic field emitted by electrical networks and some types of industrial equipment in a generic occupational environment is presented. The tool can be efficiently exploited for the analysis of the environmental magnetic field in a generic industrial context. It also allows the computation of the induced currents on the human body as required by international recommendations. A practical real-life experiment is discussed.

Abstract
A software tool for the simulation of the magnetic field emitted by electrical networks and some types of industrial equipment in a generic occupational environment is presented. The tool can be efficiently exploited for the analysis of the environmental magnetic field in a generic industrial context. It also allows the computation of the induced currents on the human body as required by international recommendations. A practical real-life experiment is discussed.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
