This article deals with the progressive expansion of the restorative approach, to the design of restorative cities, which require a network action to promote restorative justice in several fields (school conflicts, social conflicts, inter-ethnic conflicts or religious-based conflicts, criminal justice, social services that deal with victims of crime). The essay represents the introduction to a series of articles concerning specific restorative cities and is the result of a research project supported by the European Forum for Restorative Justice.
L'articolo tratta della progressiva espansione dell'approccio riparativo, fino alla progettazione di città riparative, le quali richiedono una azione di rete per portare la giustizia riparativa a più livelli (conflitti scolastici, conflitti sociali, conflitti culturali a base inter-etnica e inter-religiosa, giustizia penale, centri e servizi che si occupano delle vittime di reato). Il saggio costituisce l'introduzione rispetto a una serie di articoli che trattano di singole città riparative ed è il frutto di un progetto di ricerca dello European Forum for Restorative Justice.
