This article intends to reflect on the issue of educating young people to desire, starting from the importance that this aspect has in the life of those who educate. The deepening of this theme, after having compared some definitions of desire and having focused on the importance of the figure of the teacher-educator and of the relationship in the educational field, will develop by detailing the meaning and importance of desire in the life of the educator and the desire to educate of the same. In this path, the visions of specific authors from different fields will be compared, such as what we could define as experiential-religious (Giussani, Durrande) with the psychoanalytic (Recalcati), to create a vision that is as integrated as possible about a decisive aspect for the development of our society. In the conclusions, we will ask ourselves what paths and proposals can help educators to turn on their desire.
Nel presente articolo si intende riflettere sulla tematica dell’educazione al desiderio dei giovani partendo dall’importanza che questo aspetto ricopre nella vita di chi educa. L’approfondimento di questa tematica, dopo aver confrontato alcune definizioni di desiderio ed essersi soffermata sull’importanza della figura del maestro-educatore e della relazione in ambito educativo, si svilupperà dettagliando il significato e l’importanza del desiderio nella vita dell’educatore e il desiderio di educare dello stesso. In questo percorso si metteranno sinteticamente a confronto visioni di specifici autori provenienti da ambiti diversi, come quello che potremmo definire esperienziale-religioso (Giussani, Durrande) con quello psicoanalitico (Recalcati), per cercare di creare una visione il più possibile integrata e pedagogica di un aspetto decisivo per lo sviluppo della nostra società. Nelle conclusioni ci si interrogherà su quali possano essere i percorsi e le proposte che aiutino in primis gli educatori a riaccendere il proprio desiderio.
