In the paper an induction heating problem is considered. The Finite Element analysis is used to evaluate the temperature along a line on a graphite disk heated by a power inductor. Subsequently, a fully-connected Neural Network (NN) is trained with the aim of implementing a surrogate model able to compute the temperature profile on the disk, given the amplitude and frequency of the supply current.

Abstract
In the paper an induction heating problem is considered. The Finite Element analysis is used to evaluate the temperature along a line on a graphite disk heated by a power inductor. Subsequently, a fully-connected Neural Network (NN) is trained with the aim of implementing a surrogate model able to compute the temperature profile on the disk, given the amplitude and frequency of the supply current.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
