Semplificazione e flessibilizzazioni nella disciplina dei titoli edilizi

This contribution focuses on the simplification of building permits regulations introduced in 2020 and 2021 with the aim of promoting economic revitalization. The analysis focuses on the rules on derogations and decontributive measures to promote urban regeneration, on silence-assent in the procedures for issuing building permits, on the measures on the subject of the legitimate status of buildings and on construction tolerances, on extensions of building permits and on the communication regime of interventions for the superbonus.

Il presente contributo ha ad oggetto la disciplina di semplificazione dei titoli edilizi introdotta tra il 2020 e il 2021 con l’obiettivo di favorire il rilancio economico. Sono analizzate le norme in tema di deroghe e le misure decontributive per favorire la rigenerazione urbana, il silenzio-assenso sulla domanda di permesso di costruire, le misure sullo stato legittimo dei fabbricati e sulle tolleranze in sede costruttiva; le proroghe dei titoli edilizi e il regime comunicativo degli interventi preordinati al superbonus.
