Abstract
Consumer credit has long been at the focal point of debate among European contract law scholars. The several ECJ decisions on this subject in recent years have given impetus to the discussion. In addition, the third directive on consumer credit agreements (EU Directive 2023/2225) has also recently been adopted and will soon have to be transposed by the Member States. Against this background, the paper attempts to outline the regulatory paradigms that drive the rules on consumer credit.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
