Primary renal non-Hodgkin's lymphoma is a rare entity. We describe a 74-year-old woman presenting with an acute renal failure due to a bilateral primary B-cell lymphoma infiltration of the kidneys and with no signs of lymphomatous localization in other sites. She received eight chemotherapeutic cycles with cyclophosphamide, epirubicin, vincristine and prednisone with complete remission of the disease. The patient is alive and well 28 months after the end of therapy.
